In Year 9, you will be invited to attend our
annual post-16 transition evening before
you choose the options subjects that
you will study in Years 10 and 11. This will
also give you a chance to chat to local
colleges, sixth forms and apprenticeship
providers.
In Years 10 and 11, you will have a clear
understanding of career planning skills
along with a knowledge of post-16 options
that are available to you locally and
nationwide. You will take part in a post-16
transition evening, progression interviews in
school as well as careers related workshops
and regional and national events. These are
designed to raise your aspirations and give
you an insight into the world of work.
